Self Pay
Total fee for 8 sessions: $520 (Optional 6 sessions for $390)
Insurance
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UHC for premarital counseling! I do not accept EAP (Employer Assistance) as a part of the premarital package. Fee per session will be based on your insurance coverage and any co-pay/co-insurance responsibility.
